U-shaped paper angle board is a three-sided kraft paper channel that wraps a panel edge on both faces and across the thickness, so the cut edge cannot be chipped, crushed or scratched in handling. Inside width runs 15-150 mm, leg height 25-75 mm, wall thickness 2.5-5 mm, and every order is cut to length. Length, side height, inside width and thickness are all made to order, so the profile is quoted against your panel rather than against a stock size.

The bottom face carries the panel thickness; the two legs cover a band of each face. Strap tension pulls on the legs rather than on the panel corner, and because the load is spread over the full leg height instead of a single line, the corner of the carton or panel underneath is not crushed. A dry fit takes seconds: if the channel slides on by hand and does not rattle, the inside width is right.
