From paper to profile in one plant
The board is built by gluing kraft plies with starch adhesive, pressing and drying to the required wall, then folding and cutting to length. Because all three steps happen here, a change in wall or fold radius does not need to be negotiated with a third party.
It also means a tolerance question can be answered with a measurement rather than a promise. If you need to know the wall at a specific point, we can measure it and send the number.
What a manufacturer can and cannot do for you
We can quote a size that does not exist in any catalogue, run a trial quantity, and print your item code on the bundle. We can also tell you when your specification will not work, for example when an opened width exceeds 260 mm or a fold radius is too tight for the wall.
We cannot supply plastic corner guards, foam, VCI film or banding. Mixed packaging orders are better placed with a converter who stocks all of it, and we will say so rather than lose the trust.
Order sizes and lead times
The minimum is 3,000 meters per size, with mixed sizes counting toward the total. Production runs 7-15 working days after approval, samples 3-5 days on stock grades, and a container is normally built from two or three sizes.
For a first order we usually recommend a trial quantity against your own pack, then a container order once the fit and the wall are confirmed. That sequence costs a few weeks and prevents a container of the wrong wall.
