3. **Set the length.** Cut length usually equals load height plus 20–50 mm, so the board tops out above the top carton and takes the strap first.

4. **Confirm the inner angle.** 90° covers almost everything. Coils, drums and chamfered crates need 60° or 120°.

5. **Give quantity and artwork.** Quantity drives the cutting setup; artwork drives the print setup. Both change the price per piece, so send them together.
